By accessing and using the fundraising platform provided by Northampton Mosque & Islamic Centre ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Donations and Payments

All payments made through this platform are voluntary charitable donations. By making a donation, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Payment Processing: We use Stripe as our third-party payment processor. By making a donation, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. We do not store your full credit/debit card details on our servers.

Refund Policy: As contributions are charitable donations, they are generally non-refundable. However, if you have made an error with your donation amount or purpose, please contact us immediately at info@northamptonislamiccentre.com or call us at 01604633944.

3. User Accounts and Fundraising

If you create an account to start a personal fundraising page, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Use the platform only for lawful charitable purposes.
  • Not misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization.
  • Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Data Handling and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Data Storage: We use Supabase to securely store user data and donation records. Access to this data is strictly limited to authorised administrative personnel of Northampton Mosque & Islamic Centre.

5. Intellectual Property

The content, design, and functionality of this platform are the exclusive property of Northampton Mosque & Islamic Centre and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
